Five years ago, Eric and I were adjusting to the news that we were expecting a child with a very complex congenital heart defect.  We now have a five year old who is happy, energetic, and about to attend kindergarten in the fall!  It felt so out of reach to us but now we are on our 6th annual Heartbeat 5000 race! 

We invite you to join us as we embark on what we hope is our biggest fundraising effort yet to support cardiovascular care at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota at the HeartBeat 5000. This year is so significant for our family - we are really taking stock of how fortunate we are to have Finn in our lives, and would like to give back to the place that has given us the opportunity to love, protect, raise and enjoy our son. 

Please join us to run or walk at the HeartBeat 5000 on June 27, 2015, at Father Hennepin Park in Minneapolis! We look forward to enjoying this event and experience with you!
