Mr.  Blake was born with a heart defect called tetrology of Fallot. It is four defects in which two were mended at 3 1/2 months of age . We will walk our 4th annual

Team Blake!  In honor of Blake and all his struggles and accomplishments he has made the past 3 1/2 years.
