Zayden Alexander Johnson was born on January 12, 2015 with Tricuspid Atresia. At just 10 days old he underwent major open heart surgery placing a temporary shunt. He will move on to have two more open heart surgeries. The great people at Children's Heart Clinic in Minneapolis continue to provide excellent care and support. We would like to give back by rallying our friends and family to get together for this fun event, and raise money to ensure that Zayden and all the other heart families continue to receive the excellent care they need.
