Gavin started his heart adventure straight out of the womb when the doctor said, something doesn't sound right. By day two we were at Children's Heart Clinic only to find out he has Tetralogy of Fallot. Due to the severity of his condition, Gavin under went open heart surgery age six months. Gavin was a perfect heart patient and made it through surgery and recovery with flying colors. Much thanks goes to the amazing surgeons, doctors, nurses and the folks at Ronald McDonald House. This year, we found out that Gavin will once again go in for another heart procedure to remove some blockage and possibly a stint may be inserted. This will be on May 22. We are confident the doctors and surgeons will once again fix our little guy.
