Upon entering the Mauna Lani property from Mauna Lani Drive, please proceed toward the main entrance. Before reaching the main parking lot and valet area, take a left at the parking gate. An attendant will be present to direct traffic to the gala location. Valet parking and self-parking will be available for all guests.
The Gala: Advancing Access to Healthcare brings our community together to support Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center and the patients and families it serves. Hosted by Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Foundation, proceeds help expand access to medical, dental, behavioral health, and community-based care across the island—from keiki to kūpuna.
Formal Aloha Attire
Formal Aloha Attire reflects an elevated island aesthetic. Guests are encouraged to wear sophisticated island-inspired evening wear, including floor-length gowns or maxi dresses, as well as jackets or blazers with collared shirts and dress shoes. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors on concrete, with the main event held indoors.
The Gala is an adults-only event. Guests may arrange childcare directly through Malihini Keiki Care. An on-site room near the pavilion will be available for caregivers and children.
Guests attending The Gala are invited to stay at the Mauna Lani at a special discounted group rate of $425 per room, per night.

Saturday, October 17
Sunday, October 18 – optional post-night, subject to availability
The resort may be unable to extend the discounted rate once it reaches a certain occupancy level, so guests are encouraged to reserve their rooms as early as possible. Reservations must be booked by September 16, 2026. After this date, the discounted rate and room availability cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are welcome to share room preferences or special requests with the Reservations Team. However, specific views and bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed at the discounted group rate. To guarantee a specific room view, upgrade to a suite, request specific bedding, extend your stay beyond the group dates, or make other special accommodation requests, please contact Mauna Lani Group Reservations directly.
Deposits and Cancellations
A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations may be canceled up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund of the two-night deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, shortened stays, and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the two-night deposit.
Reservation Confirmations
The online booking link does not automatically generate an email confirmation. Guests who would like a copy of their reservation confirmation should contact the Group Reservations Team after completing their booking.
