The parks are a place of peace and prayer. I mean you can also get your heart rate up and burn some calories whilst you’re at it. It’s a two for one deal. You can clear your head and get back into shape. I spend an inordinate amount of time at the parks now that I am focused on healing my physical and mental health. I love kayaking down the river, swimming, and hiking. I’m learning how to rock climb and I look forward to incorporating that into my park experience. I’m beyond grateful for the parks.
