My journey with Kid Save began with watching the documentary "The Day I Picked my Parents" that followed kids and adults navigating the program. I quickly googled to find out more and learned there was fortunately a chapter in Houston and quickly registered for an informational session.

Fast forward two years later, and Daniel and I have met so many amazing kids, hopeful mentors and hopeful adoptive parents, along with the incredible leadership team of staff and volunteers. 
 

We have been fortunate enough to have hosted a child and see him through adoption by his foster mom and are now hosting/mentoring another great kid looking for an adoptive home.

These kids are inspiring and strong and hilarious and kind and they're the reason we have come back month after month to spend time with them and advocate for their needs for stability, security, and a loving home -- what every child deserves.

The program has changed my life and the lives of so many people and I am grateful for any donations made to our team to benefit this impactful program.
