GETTING THERE

The Muckleshoot Event Center is located at 2402 Auburn Way S. The Valet entrance is at the traffic signal at Riverwalk Drive. If coming from Enumclaw, turn right at Riverwalk Drive and follow signgs to valet. If coming from Auburn, turn left at Rivewalk Drive.

PARKING

Enjoy free valet service!  Pull into the main valet entrance at Riverwalk Dr. Once you've handed over your keys, the valet staff wil guide you to our event's private entrance. 

IMPORTANT: Valet fills quickly on Friday evenings. We strongly encourage you to arrive early and carpool. If valet is full when you arrive, you'll need to park in the parking garage. This parking is free of charge but is a long walk from the event center. 

 

CHECK IN

BRING PHOTO ID. Per venue safety rules, all guests will have IDs checked at the door. 

If you're fully registered with a payment method on file, you have received an email with your table number. Your guest packet will be waiting for you on your table so you can proceed straight into the event after ID check. 

If you have not received your table number via email, you'll stop at check-in to complete your registration and receive your guest packet. 

You may choose any seat at your assigned table. 

 

TICKETS

No paper tickets will be issued. We are ready for you but you can come prepared with your confirmation email if you'd like. 

This event is sold out. 

 

BIDDING

By popular request, we will continue with IN PERSON BIDDING ONLY.  Silent auction bidding begins at 5:30pm and will close at 7pm.  

 

DINNER AND DRINKS

We have a lovely buffet dinner planned with both steak and salmon options. If you need a vegetarian meal, please contact us at 360-802-3206 or deannak@rfwellnessfoundation.org. Appetizers will also be served during the 5:30-7pm cocktail hour.

Your ticket includes a complementary glass of Champagne. Each table will also have special Holiday Fantasy wines, courtesy of Washington Storm Water. There will also be four no-host full bars serving beer, wine, liquor and non-alcoholic options. 

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

There is no strict dress code but we recommend cocktail to formal attire. 

 

WHAT DOES THE MONEY GO TO?

100% of funds raised at this event go directly to Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation programs including the Care Van, Senior Hot Meal Delivery, the Backpack Program, Full Bellies and community mental health. Each year, approximately 40% of our annual operating funds are raised the night of Holiday Fantasy. Without the generous support of our event guests, our programs would not be possible. 

 

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF MY BID GOES TO PROGRAMS?

100%.  Thanks to our sponsors who have covered the cost of producing this incredible event,. 100% of donations, bids and paddle raises at Holiday Fantasy go directly to our programs. 

 

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

This is a 21+ event.  PHOTO ID REQUIRED. If you'd like to involve your children or teens in RFWF programs, please let us know and we will connect them with a more appropriate opportunity.
