Meet Your $100 Fundraising Goal—Win a DRESS DOWN DAY! Only students who meet their $100 goal will be permitted to dress down that day. Date TBA. See the Dress Down List.

Raise $250 or More—Win a pair of HOLY CROSS PAJAMA PANTS and a Special "Pajama Pants Dress Down Day!" Only students wearing Walkathon Pajama Bottoms will be permitted to dress down that day. Date TBA. See the Leaderboard -- scroll down to the "Pajama Pants" section.
Raffle Drawings
In order to qualify for raffles, students must reach their $100 goal by the end of homeroom (8:14 a.m.) on the day of the raffle. Students will receive one raffle ticket for every $100 raised. (For example, if you were to raise $100 by the raffle deadline, you’d get one chance to win—but if you were to raise $700, you’d get 7 chances!) Raffle winners will be announced on HCTV the next school day.

Top Performance Awards and Prizes
Winners of the top performance awards below will be determined based on the fundraising totals received by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, November 7—the day prior to the Walkathon.
- Top Student Fundraisers. The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Bro. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. medals will be awarded to the top three student fundraisers. These students will have the honor of carrying the school banner on Walkathon Day alongside the members of Student Government. The gold medal winner will also receive the top prize—a $250 gift card to Amazon.
BRONZE Bro. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. Medal -- Having raised a grand total of $1,550, Jake Beechel 2028.
SILVER Bro. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. Medal -- Having raised a grand total of $1,650, Lucas M. Holloway 2027.
GOLD Bro. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. Medal, along with the top prize—a $250 Amazon gift card—Having raised a grand total of $2,850, Mary G. Mulvey 2027.
- Top Fundraising Homeroom. The homeroom that raises the most money will win the Br. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. Walkathon Trophy—and bragging rights—for 2024. This homeroom will have the honor of hoisting the trophy and walking first in line, right behind the school banner, on Walkathon Day, and the trophy will reside in their homeroom until next year’s Walkathon. The top homeroom will also get to celebrate with a full breakfast during second and third periods on. Breakfast date TBA.
Having raised a total of $6,100, the winner of the Br. Ralph Edmiston, C.S.C. Trophy this year is Homeroom 110.
- Top Fundraising Grade. The grade level (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, OR seniors) that raises the most money will win a bonus dress down day. Only students in that grade who met their $100 goal will be permitted to dress down that day. Date TBA.
Having raised a total of $25,139.26, the winner is the Class of 2028 -- the FRESHMEN!
Top Fundraising Family Prizes
For families that have more than one student currently enrolled at Holy Cross, the total raised by all siblings will be added together to determine the "family total." Students without siblings will also be entered using the amount they raise. Whichever household has raised the most will win a prize:
- St. John’s University Red Storm vs. Georgetown University Bulldogs in Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, January 14, 2024 -- 4 luxury box tickets. WINNER: The Mulveys (Mary ’27)—$2,850 raised
- New York Mets -- 4 field-level Mets tickets for a Monday-Thursday game during the 2025 season (excludes Opening Day and subject to availability). WINNER: The Godards (Xavier ’26, Nathaniel ’28, Taihier ’28)—$2,676 raised
