According to the latest count by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, approximately 50,000 people are experiencing homelessness in and around L.A.. The vast majority of them live un-sheltered on the streets.
On May 18, 2019, AFD Productions, Founded by Avery Franklin Davis, along with his family, friends and SAG-AFTRA Move L.A, SAG-AFTRA National Board member and This Is Us star Jon Huertas will walk to end homelessness at the Untied Way Greater Los Angeles' 2019 HomeWalk 5k run/walk in Downtown L.A.'s Grand Park.
