It’s time again for the HOM Teal Strides Walk/Run and raising funds to support MOCA’s mission of funding research, offering support to women and families, educating the medical community and raising awareness of ovarian cancer.

Our team continues to walk to honor Connie Dahl, my best friend and wife of best friend Marlo Dahl. The team’s name is for her as she always talked about chemo being like PacMan as it went after and chomped away at the cancer. 

After my diagnosis in 2018 the vision of my chemo being like PacMan helped me and kept Connie close to me.  I am thankful to now be 6 years from my diagnosis.  I honestly believe that the funds raised during this and other MOCA events have helped advance research and ultimately extended and improved the quality of mine and other women’s lives dealing with this disease.

We would love to have you join our team and walk with us on Saturday September 7^th at Rosland Park in Edina.  If you are unable to join us, please consider a donation.
