The 2024 Hospice Regatta is here. I am participating for the 9th year in a row!  Hospice of the Upstate provides end of life services regardless of the family's ability to pay.  This event is the largest fundraiser of the year for Hospice and the money raised is used from families that need the services but cant afford them.  Please help us reach our goal and support us.
