HR Florida for Better Mental Health
You can make a difference!
Each year, HR Florida selects a charity to be highlighted throughout the year, and local chapters across the state participate in special events, some of their own design and some state-wide, to help raise funds for the charity.
HR Florida State Council is proud to announce this year's charity partner: NAMI Florida. All proceeds from this year's charity event will help improve the quality of life for individuals affected by mental health conditions and their families!
How to get started
Here are two ways to get started:
1- If you want to donate to a team (an HR Florida Chapter) directly, just click the DONATE button and select the SHRM chapter you want and they'll get the credit for your donation.
2- If you think you can make a bigger impact by getting coworkers, friends, and families to donate, then REGISTER to join a chapter's team to create your own ask page. All monies raised will count toward your team's goal, but you'll be able to send emails and social media messages with the click of a button, making fundraising super easy!
Fundraising can feel a little overwhelming but, personal pages make it easy. Imagine though, how overwhelming it is to need support for your mental health but don't know where to find hope? With your help, NAMI Florida can continue to be the leading voice and support on mental health!
