Hospice of Southern Kentucky's 5th Annual Lotus Award Gala will be a celebration of Dr. Paul Cook's contributions to HSK and to the community. Proceeds will be used to further enhance the peaceful setting of our Geri Buchanon Smith Memorial Garden.
