I'm asking for your support today because the fight against cancer isn't an abstract cause for me—it's profoundly personal.
As many of you know, I am a cancer survivor. The reason I am here today is simple: I was fortunate enough to be diagnosed with a cancer where scientific research had already found an effective treatment. That luck is not random; it is the direct result of tireless work by dedicated scientists.
My own survival inspired me to act. It is why I serve as a Board Trustee for the Israel Cancer Research Fund (ICRF) and why I work tirelessly to support groundbreaking research. I believe the greatest gift we can give to anyone facing a cancer diagnosis is the promise that a cure is on the way.

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’ve surpassed a major milestone: ICRF has awarded more than $100 million in funding for nearly 3,000 grants to hundreds of Israeli scientists who have conducted groundbreaking research. These discoveries have led to major global breakthroughs, including the foundation for drugs like Gleevec, Doxil, and Velcade. Our goal is to end the suffering caused by cancer while ensuring that Israel remains a leader in science and a beacon of hope.
