HONORING CHELSIE HILL

Social Entrepreneur Impact Award

Chelsie Hill is a remarkable individual who has defied the odds and inspired countless people through her journey as a professional dancer, content creator, and the visionary Founder/CEO of the Rollettes. After a life-changing spinal cord injury at 17, Chelsie's unwavering passion for dance led her to establish the Rollettes, a groundbreaking wheelchair dance team that has sparked a global movement empowering women with disabilities. Recently, she was honored as “Woman of the Year” by Senator Henry Stern and had the incredible opportunity to perform in the Paris 2024 Paralympics Opening Ceremony.

Chelsie's resilience and tenacity have been showcased on prestigious media platforms, including Good Morning America, Forbes, The New York Times, and the cover of Women's Health, "The Limitless Dancer." Her pioneering spirit and dedication to inclusivity have shattered stereotypes and paved the way for a new era of representation in the dance world. Through innovative initiatives like the Rollettes Experience, the largest empowerment event for women and girls with disabilities, and the Boundless Babe Society, Chelsie continues to champion diversity, equality, and the boundless potential within each individual, leaving an indelible mark on the world. We are thrilled to shine a light on Chelsie with our Social Entrepreneur Impact Award.
