Ed Czajka, Executive V.P. and Chief Financial Officer for Preferred Bank, has served the mission of Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration with vision and foresight for nearly a decade. His tireless dedication through his board service, as well as his role as Chair of the Swing for Inclusion Golf Challenge, have contributed greatly to the sustainability and growth of the organization. In his role as Board Treasurer, he skillfully managed and guided the considerable financial challenges that Covid presented, keeping the ship steady and helping to position the organization to sail into more prosperous waters that were to come.

His passionate dedication to the mission of inclusion is deeply felt by his fellow board members, staff and, most importantly, by the children and families the organization serves on a global level. Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration is extraordinarily grateful for Ed’s countless contributions towards creating play, dignity and social equity for children with disabilities.
