Mark Demos is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He leads Crowe LLP's Los Angeles office, overseeing its growth and strategy across Southern California. Mark provides audit and consulting services to a range of financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders. His expertise spans financial statement audits, regulatory compliance, and consultation for both public and private companies. Under Mark's leadership, Crowe has expanded from two offices in Southern California to six, with a team of over 300 professionals.

Since 2016, Mark has been a dedicated supporter of Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration, securing Crowe’s annual sponsorship since 2018. His leadership has inspired Crowe staff to participate in every event hosted by Inclusion Matters, including the Golf Challenge, Gala, Run, Walk & Roll, and My PlayClub. Mark’s commitment to fostering this involvement has significantly impacted the organization’s mission of inclusion.
