What is the deal with teams?

• Some groups have pre-formed teams and others will be assigned on arrival! Think of teams like awesome cheering squads for your assigned celeb speller. Be prepared to lend them a hand when asked, or just enjoy the show!

Will I be spelling?

• Nope! We've got special guests who will be doing the heavy lifting. You'll just be cheering them on... though there may be an opportunity or two to help them cheat :)

Do I need cash?

• No cash needed! The bartender will have a tip jar (so cash could be handy there), but for all things NHP--the silent auction and bidding throughout the BEE-- we will have QR codes so that everything will be digital!

What time and where do we congregate?

• 6:30pm Doors open for VIP tickets. At this time you will have access to our Celebrity Meet & Greet, with food, drinks and the silent auction also available. 
• 7:00pm Doors open for General Admission 
• ADDRESS IS: 401 E Michigan Street Indianapolis IN 46204 - the Basile Theater is on the second floor through the main entrance. 
• For elevator access, please use the Rathskeller door entrance (you'll see a sign out front) and take the elevator to Floor 2. 
• PARKING can be found on the street or guests can use the Block 20 lot at 428 N East Street (on the right just past Michigan) Indianapolis In 46204. What else?

• A reminder that beer, wine & soda is complimentary, but a full bar is available for purchase. Food will be from Healthy Soul Indy (Chef Gulley is amazing!) in the "heavy hors d'oeuvres" category, but there should be plenty to feed everyone.
• Rules will be explained at the top of the bee by our hosts--around 7:30 pm--so that everyone will know how the evening will go and ensure we all have a great time!
