Hurricane Ian Emergency

Millions are without power as Hurricane Ian, one of the most powerful storms to ever hit Florida, has caused widespread devastation and flooding that trapped Florida residents in their homes. When a disaster strikes, expect Islamic Relief USA (IRUSA) to be there.

IRUSA has officially launched an emergency to provide aid to those affected by Hurricane Ian. IRUSA's Disaster Management Team (DMT) is working closely with first responders on the ground including the Red Cross and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and will have volunteers on the ground as early as Monday, October 3.

Recently, the DMT deployed in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida and is currently in North Carolina, rebuilding homes damaged by Hurricane Matthew in 2016. Your contribution to IRUSA’s US Humanitarian Aid fund supports recovery and relief for families affected by Hurricane Ian.
