How will my donation be used?
Funds raised at the event will support Incarnate Word Academy, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and provide the resources and opportunities that ensure all of our students have what they need for unparalleled success in school and in life. Learn more about the IWA fund here.
What if I don't know my team member names yet?
Not to worry! We recommend you submit your team member names, phone numbers, and email addresses by March 17, 2025.
Event Day
At what time should we arrive?
The gates open at 7:30 a.m. Please arrive early enough to unload and register, prior to 9:30 a.m. safety meeting.
What should we bring with us?
Bring your own cart, as no cart rentals will be available. Please also bring your own guns and ammo, as they are not included in the registration fees.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. We recommend wearing ear protection and glasses for your safety.
How do I submit the Assumption of Risk waiver?
You can bring the signed waiver with you to hand in at the ranch gate, or we’ll have copies available at the gate for you to sign upon arrival.
What if it's raining out?
Rain or shine, the event will continue as scheduled! Please come prepared for the weather, and we’ll be ready to shoot regardless of the forecast.
