My appeal is simple.  This is personal for me.  Over four decades ago, I was in a Junior Achievement classroom learning about business development, operations, sales, marketing, leadership, accounting, and competition.  It was my first glimpse at how capital funding and company shares work, how to conduct a payroll, what goes into sourcing a business, creating a sales campaign, etc.  It was on a small scale, but the program covered all the basics.  I enjoyed the experience so much that I later became an advisor.
