Hello! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass. Our annual Bowl-A-Thon is one of JA's most important fundraising events for the whole year.
It sometimes just takes that one caring adult to recognize the potential in a young person that might have been missed by others. JA volunteers team up with local schools to teach real-life lessons -- making a connection between what they learn in school and what they need to succeed in work and life.
JA students learn about:
professional behavior and strong work ethic
improving credit score and utlizing credit and debt appropriately
create and manage a realistic budget
leveraging resouces to start and operate a business
