Dear Family & Friends,

Over the past three years, I have been fortunate to be a volunteer for coach Tom Coughlin's Jay Fund Foundation. The Jay Fund Foundation assists families who have a child diagnosed with cancer.

The Jay Fund supports children and their families in MANY ways. The foundation provides financial assistance with groceries, household bills, transportation to treatments or doctor's appointments, and more. Each patient & family becomes an integral part of the Jay Fund's organization.

Coach and his daughter, Kelly, spend countless hours visiting with these children, providing them with emotional support. The Jay Fund Foundation treats all families, volunteers, and permanent employees with a very high level of respect.

Above, I mentioned how fortunate I am to be a volunteer. One of my goals in retirement was to find an organization that helps people who have been diagnosed with cancer, trying to make their lives the best they can be. The Jay Fund has more than filled this goal for me. They are the real deal.

I've also tried to be very active in their fundraising efforts to help assist existing families and have the resources to help many more.

With that said, I have been selected to participate in an upcoming event facilitated by a non-profit called Golf Fights Cancer, benefiting The Jay Fund.

This October 24th, I will be playing 100 holes in Golf Fight Cancer's 2025 JAX Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf and the desire to give back. Golfers of all skill levels play 100 holes to support cancer-related organizations. All proceeds I raise go directly to the Jay Fund!

I will be raising critical funds and ask that you support me by making a gift. My goal is $3,000, and a donation of any amount will make a difference. Personally, I will appreciate any amount you give to support this fundraising event. I know the Jay Fund will also appreciate all donations of ANY size! Also, please feel free to pass this information to anyone you think would be interested in supporting this event and our efforts.

On the course/cart with me, providing emotional support and assistance will be my son, Adam. It'll be a great day spending time with Adam while we're helping other families dealing with the challenges of having a loved one facing cancer.
