On October 24th, I will be playing 100 holes in Golf Fight Cancer's 2025 JAX Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf with the desire to make a tangible difference in the fight against cancer.

I'm participating in this year's JAX Golf Marathon as my next step in involvement with Golf Fights Cancer. I've been honored to help with and participate in GFC events in JAX over the past 8 years (time flies) - this Golf Marathon is a chance for me to lean further into fundraising for a great cause and an organization I'm proud to be a small part of. The GFC family has been really inspiring, and there's so much good we can accomplish together.

The Golf Marathon brings together so many people from across different organizations in the JAX-area, all with a common goal of raising funds that directly impact the lives of so many families battling cancer. Hearing their individual commitments to the organizations they support is incredibly powerful and influential in my own journey with GFC and beyond.

I will be raising critical funds, and I ask that you support me by making a gift. My goal is $3,000, and a donation of any amount will make a difference.

There’s a saying in golf that dates way back to when the game was first played – “far and sure.” While I can guarantee the shots on October 24, will surely be far from, I also know that a great group of people rallying behind a great cause, like I’ve seen with GFC, will go a long way in the right direction on the path to clinical research that produces breakthrough treatments, support for families (especially those with kids battling cancer), and building a community that lifts them up.

Thanks to events like The Golf Marathon, GFC has donated $15 million in grants to more than 90 different cancer-related charities. I am proud to be part of this effort and appreciate your support.
