What is Junior Achievement?
Junior Achievement is dedicated to empowering young people to own their economic success and succeed in a global economy. Through a volunteer network, JACV provides in-school and after-school programs for students focusing on three key areas: work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. JA offers over 20 programs for K-12th grade and serves 26,000 students throughout Central Virginia with help from 2,000 volunteers.
Bowl for the Green:
The Junior Achievement Bowl for the Green event is a one-of-a-kind annual team building event for companies, giving employees the opportunity to work together, strategize, bowl and raise money for Junior Achievement and our work to inspire the next generation to navigate their path to the American dream.
