The Edmonds Food Bank is excited to join the “Summer of Jimothy” with a one-of-a-kind, original painting of Jimothy the Raccoon by Seattle artist Ryan Henry Ward, known as Henry.
Jimothy became a Seattle sensation this summer, and Henry has been creating and donating Jimothy artwork to raise funds for local food banks. Now you have the chance to own an original Jimothy painting while supporting food bank operations in our community.
The 20" x 16" original painting will be auctioned online from 7 a.m. Friday, August 28, through 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 2. Whether you’ve been following Jimothy’s rise to fame or simply love a great piece of local art, this is your chance to own a little piece of Seattle’s “Summer of Jimothy” while helping provide nutritious and culturally familiar food to our neighbors. Participants must be 18 or older. By submitting a bid, you commit to purchasing the artwork if selected as the winning bidder. All bids are final. Winning bidders will be contacted after the auction closes with payment and pickup or shipping instructions. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Auction purchases are generally not tax-deductible; however, any amount paid above fair market value ($1,200) may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax professional.
