1. How do I ensure my online donation is going to a specific student?
The student must be registered on the QGiv platform before you can donate to them online.
2. I forgot to select a student when donating online. Can this be fixed?
Yes! Please email aekelly@nhco.org with your name, donation amount and who you would like your donation to be attributed to and we are able to update this for you.
3. I don’t have a specific student to support but want to donate. What should I do?
You can make a general donation to the "Jump for the Hills" fundraiser on the QGiv website. You can choose to attribute your donation to the overall fundraiser or a specific school.
4. My child is fundraising with the physical envelope, do I still need to register them online?
If you anticipate anyone donating to your child via the QGiv platform, they must also be registered online before a donation can be attributed to them.
5. Can my child fundraise with both the physical envelop and online?
Yes, once the fundraiser ends, any cash/check donations will be added to your child’s online account.
6. I would like to make donations to multiple students, can I do so all at once?
Unfortunately, you will need to make separate donations for each student. Once a donation has been made on the QGiv website, there is not a way to split the donation to different students.
7. I still have questions that aren’t answered. Who can I reach out to for help?
