O’Neal Steel is an active supporter of Junior Achievement(JA).  Unfortunately, many kids don’t get the life skills training such as work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy that JA volunteers deliver in the school systems. 

Creating the materials and curriculum for these classes for kids in kindergarten through 12th grade costs money.  Therefore, JA relies heavily on corporate supporters like O’Neal Steel to assist them with their financial burden.  All money raised here in Birmingham STAYS IN BIRMINGHAM.  Our efforts today will help develop a better qualified workforce for our tomorrow.
