Izzy was the brother of Emily's best friend, Elory. He was also a classmate of Jack's. Emily and I are honoured to be participating in this walk with Izzy's family as a tribute to him. 
 

This is "Team Izzy"'s story:

Izzy was a wonderful brother who adored his sisters and was always giving them hugs and kisses. His favourite things were popcorn and ice cream. Izzy did so well at his first big walk,  the 2023 Down Syndrome Walk, and everyone was so proud of him!
 

This year we will be walking on June 14th in honour of Izzy. We hope this walk will serve as a tribute to his legacy, a reminder of the impact he had, and a promise to keep his spirit alive in everything we do. Please join us to celebrate Izzy and support the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.
