Determined to end Veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.

This year we are celebrating lives of each and every loved one in our lives through the spirit of service. We began this journey ten years ago when Darren asked the question at Christmas, "Instead of giving each other gifts for the holidays, why don't we turn that effort toward helping someone who really needs it?".  Since that time we have been blessed to be able to touch many great causes. (JDRF, MS Society, The Hessed House, The Wounded Warrior Project, Rosecrance, Zero-End of Prostate Cance, FK your diet-Foster Kids and Hurricane Relief, Heart of a Bride-Zambia) and now this year K9s for Wariors. Our family has been blessed to be able to serve. This service includes parents, brothers and sisters, daughters and sons. We would like to honor that service with a family contribution toward something that makes a difference in the life of a veteran and a shelter dog in need of a chance to know love. This is where K9s for Warriors comes in. Here they take a dog that needs a chance to live and pair them up with a veteran who is trying to continue living.
