The Omicron chapter of KA was established in 1883 and has since been a cornerstone of Greek life at UT. Our brothers are thoughtful, hard-working men who desire to make a difference on our campus and in our community. Our chapter decided that we wanted to help someone who goes out of their way to help those in need, and what better group to help than our veterans. As a chapter, we decided the most deserving candidates are those who have already gone above and beyond to protect us, and we now look to return the favor. As a collective, the Omicron chapter of KA would like to put a disabled veteran into a brand-new Track Chair, which will offer them more mobility and independence in their everyday lives. We hope that through our brotherhood and coordination with the surrounding community, we will be able to meet this goal.
