Join me and Help me raise money for a very important cause. 305 cycle and I will be riding to Key West for 170 miles to fight heart disease on July 23rd 6 years ago I lost my father to heart disease . It was unexpected and hit all of us like a fright train. He was n incredible soul with so much love and passion for every moment. Although it was a dark time it inspired me to live life with more purpose and being more aware of my health. Heart disease is the number 1 leading cause of death in both men and women. Although it’s scary to think about it’s even scarier not to be proactive with your health. One of my dear friends is going through an incredible journey with heart disease and it inspired me do this ride and bring awareness. I am so blessed to be part of the @305ycle culture. They are true to their culture when they say they are “more than cycling” Even if it’s one dollar it will make a difference.
