Thank you for supporting Mission Circle International's fundraiser to rescue thousands of orphans, children, and families in Ukraine. For 23 years, Kidsave has found families for older kids in foster care and orphanages. They’ve been helping older orphans in Ukraine since 2016. When crisis struck, they sprang into action, rescuing as many people as possible. Now they need our support to purchase fuel, medicine, supplies, protective gear, and more. Every dollar supports this crucial work in Ukraine.

About Kidsave Ukraine:

Kidsave operates in the U.S. and internationally in Ukraine, Sierra Leone, and Colombia. Since the invasion of Ukraine, their efforts have shifted from training, mentoring, and family-finding to emergency evacuation and rescue. Their team in Ukraine started with only four Kidsave team members and their personal vehicles, but it has since grown to include over 100 volunteers and a fleet of 40 vehicles. This team has been referred to in Ukraine as “Angels of Hope” as they risk their lives daily to continue to evacuate women, children, and families out of active combat zones and into safety. 

As of August 2022, Kidsave’s team has rescued more than 24,000 orphans, children, families and the elderly in Ukraine and delivered over 460 tons of humanitarian aid. Daily, they feed more than 32,000 people. They are currently one of the only nonprofit groups still traveling in and out of active combat zones to rescue and evacuate. These rescue missions are expensive since the price of fuel has skyrocketed, and there is also a great need for food, supplies, and medicines. There is still work to do, and your donation will help them continue their life-saving work in Ukraine.
