Hi! My name is Malachi and I have basically been raised at the zoo. My parents started the obsession when my mama bought my dad a membership and adopted the lion in his name in 2008, that spurred my dad to proposed to my mom at the Zoo in July of 2008. 

Even through the first year of my life, I did not live in San Antonio, I did still explore the National Zoo as a placeholder. For my first birthday, my parents flew me to San Antonio to spend my BIG UNO with Timothy the Hippo!

Shortly after, we relocated back to the area and have spent many days at the zoo. We have started a family tradition of stopping by on Thanksgiving to share the thankfulness with our favorite creatures. We truly love the SAN ANTONIO ZOO!
