About 1 in 5 children (19.37%) in our community are

​on the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.

These children are at risk of facing food insecurity.

​especially during non-school periods.

​The Boerne Community Coalition LOVE Boerne Kids program steps in during non-school periods to help fill the gap. We are a 100% all-volunteer organization.

$20 = 1 month of weekend food bags for a child

$60 = 1 month of lunches & weekend food bags for a child

$165= 1 Entire Summer of lunch & weekend food bags for a child​​
