League School's Outdoor Learning Space Project

Built when League School first moved to Walpole in 1999, League’s current outdoor space was designed to serve a much different student population than is currently being served today. The space is not only being used by more students than ever before, but also by students with broader ranges of ages and abilities. In addition, decades of harsh New England winters have left much of the equipment in growing disrepair.

The benefits of this project would impact all of our students which means this space will be far more than a playground – it will be extension of their educational program.

The project has been scheduled in phases to be completed as funding has been secured. League looks for your support in funding the second phase of the project: purchaising the new and appropriate outdoor equipment to help our students continue to learn and grow.

The equipment needed to Build an appropriate outdoor space that is accessible, exciting, and engaging for all of our students is estimated to cost $135,000. Naming opportunities within the Outdoor Learning Space are available for those interested in creating a legacy tied to League's worthy mission.  Below are some examples of the equipment needed to make a difference in the lives of our students.

Help us create an amazing outdoor learning space for all of our students to enjoy!
