Hi. I'm Sarah Beth Hembree, from Mableton Georgia. I am fourteen years old and in 8th grade. I have the privilege of being homeschooled. I find that horseback riding is my get-away from everything. I have loved equines all my life, and am never bored when with horses (real or fake). I currently take lessons at a wonderful barn, and am learning how to jump cross-rails.

Outside of riding, I'm doing 4-H County Council and Horse & Pony Club. I really want to fundraise to go to New York to visit the awesome person in charge of MET, Jane DaCosta. Eventually in life, I want to start competing, and my goal is the Olympics in Eventing.

Another thing I'm fundraising for is showing. I'm really excited to show this year, hopefully on my favorite pony, Chocolate Chip Muffin. Crossing my fingers I'll get to show in cross-rails. 

I really love riding and it is definitely my favorite thing in the world to do. People set big goals to achieve, and I think mine is evetually owning a horse and competing in Eventing or Hunter/Jumper. I think it would be cool to make it to the olympics someday, but that's not a high-prioritized goal yet.

I am part of this wonderful organization, Metropolitan Equestrian Team, or MET, which, through horses, is teaching life skills like coordination and leadership. Using my knowledge of horses, I want to spread the gospel and help other young girls like me to grow in their knowledge of the Lord. Thank you soooooo much for reading this.
