What to Expect

Get ready for a fun-filled evening with a purpose! The night kicks off with a lively cocktail hour, photo ops, and a chance to browse our silent auction. At 6:00pm dinner will be provided by 202 BBQ. Keep an ear out for the dinner bell!

At 7:00 PM, we’ll gather for a special program highlighting the impact of Life Houses Inc. and the young adults we serve. Bid on incredible items during our live auction before the dance floor opens up for a night of great food, entertainment, and live music!

Why We Gather

The Cowboy Ball is Life Houses Inc.’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting our mission to provide safe housing, mentorship, and life skills training to young adults facing homelessness and other challenges. Every ticket, every bid, and every sponsorship helps create a brighter future for those we serve.

Attire
Time to dust off your boots and your best country-western attire. Dancing is highly encouraged!

Parking
Entry will be on the western side of the Exhibit Hall through the Entry hall. Make sure to arrive early to get a good spot on the western side of the building.

What are Qgiv and Givi?

Qgiv is an online donation and event registration platform for nonprofits. Qgiv developed the Givi app so organizations could provide one-click giving for their donors right on their mobile devices. For an organization hosting an auction, the Givi app is the app supporters will use to check in, place bids, and make event purchases.
 
Registration - Purchase your tickets or sponsorships, and send each of your guests their ticket.
Check-In - You will use your Email Address to check-in and bid in the silent auction Bidding can be done either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the silent auction. 
 
Registration & Check-In Help
  • If you're Registered, you have purchased a ticket and received an email receipt. 
  • If you're Checked-In, you've clicked Set up Bidding and added your payment method to the Givi app (recommended) or online.
  • Click here to purchase tickets and register for the Cowboy Ball 2025!
 
If you purchased one (1) individual ticket:
  • You will receive an email with the subject "Your Cowboy Ball 2025 Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your Email Address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can pariticipate in the silent auction at the event!
 
If you purchased multiple tickets:
  • You will receive an email with the subject "Manage Your Cowboy Ball 2025 Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the "View and Manage Tickets" button in this email to take you back to the registration confirmation page
  • Scroll down on the registration confirmation page to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets"
  • On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, you can enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to send each person their ticket.
  • Each ticket holder (including yourself) will receive an email with the subject "Your Cowboy Ball 2025 Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your Email address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can participate in the silent auction at the event!
