LifeWalk is hosted and benefits Prism Health North Texas. Local nonprofits and AIDS Service Organizations can apply to create a team and fundraise for their organizations as together all these organizations help North Texans lead healthy and successful lives. Community Partners receive a portion of funds raised through their team. To apply to be a Community Partner, you must be a 501(c)(3) organization and the money raised must be used to support the work of HIV prevention or social services to those living with HIV. Check out this year’s current Community Partners.
The mission of ASD is to create and strengthen healthy communities through the delivery of quality, affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. ASD’s mission includes advocacy, education, and the development of affordable housing options and community development opportunities, both for its residents living with or impacted by HIV/AIDS, and for economically disadvantaged people.
Elevate North Texas’ mission is to fill in the gap of youth homelessness with emergency shelter. We provide a safe, affirming environment through access to immediate shelter and reunification with family, when possible.
The mission of the Greg Dollgener Memorial AIDS Fund (GDMAF) is to enhance the lives of people with HIV/AIDS in the North Texas area by providing financial assistance for critical needs when resources are exhausted through other local organizations.
