Meet Shayla, a LifeWise Academy alumna. Shayla is paving her way to success and credits LifeWise StL for supporting her academic journey. “Despite the constant and unexpected challenges I’ve had to face, being a LifeWise scholar has made growing achievable.”
She joined LifeWise StL in 8th grade through the Young Scholars Program and transitioned to the Academy, where she built a pathway to success. She participated in enrichment classes, one-on-one advising, college tours, career exploration, life skills, financial literacy, ACT/SAT prep, and more. Excelling in many areas, she even led her own enrichment class as a senior.
Now majoring in Environmental Studies at St. Louis University, Shayla encourages current Academy scholars: “The greatest experiences I had at the Academy were the relationships I was able to build with my Advisors. They treated me with kindness and were passionate about my post-secondary success.”
This event is held at Forsest Hills Country Club, 36 Forest Club Drive Clarkson Valley, MO 63005.
Lunch for golfers will be provided on the lower patio, while the golf tournament is hosted on the 18-hole golf course. The dinner auction is hosted in the club ballroom.
What is included with my ticket?
Golf attendees have a golf cart, lunch, snacks, drinks (including beer), and dinner provided with their event registration.
Guests who wish to only attend the dinner auction have dinner and beer and wine included with their ticket (cash bar for liquor).
