    • A: The gala will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 6:30 - 10:30 PM at the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, MO.

    • A: Your ticket includes admission to the gala, dinner, entertainment, and access to the silent and live auctions.
  • Q: Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?
    • A: Yes, tickets must be purchased by March 31, 2025, to ensure availability.
  • Q: How Do I Manage My Tickets?
    • A: If you purchased one (1) individual ticket:
      • You will receive an email with the subject "Your Lindbergh Schools 75th Anniversary Gala Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com.
      • Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your email address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can participate in the silent auction at the event!
    • A: If you purchased multiple tickets:
      • You will receive an email with the subject "Manage Your Lindbergh Schools 75th Anniversary Gala Ticket" from noreply@qgiv.com.
      • Click the "View and Manage Tickets" button in the email to access your registration confirmation page.
      • Scroll down to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets."
      • On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to distribute each ticket.
      • Each ticket holder (including yourself) will receive an email with the subject "Your Lindbergh Schools 75th Anniversary Gala Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com.

Qgiv and Givi

  • Q: What is Qgiv?
    • A: Qgiv is an online donation and event registration platform for nonprofits. It allows organizations to easily manage donations, event ticketing, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Q: What is Givi?
    • A: Qgiv developed the Givi app to provide one-click giving for donors on their mobile devices. If an organization is hosting an auction, the Givi app is used by supporters to check in, place bids, and make event purchases.

 

Registration and Check-In

  • Q: What is Registration?
    • A: The process of purchasing tickets and sending each of your guests their ticket.
  • Q: What is Check-In?
    • A: The process of using your email address to check in to bid in the silent auction, either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the auction.
  • Q: How Do I Complete Registration & Check-In?
    • A: If you’re Registered, you have purchased a ticket and received an email receipt.
    • A: If you’re Checked-In, you’ve clicked "Set up Bidding" and added your payment method in the Givi app (recommended) or online.

 

Sponsorship and Donations

  • Q: How can I become a sponsor for the event?
    • A: We offer various sponsorship levels, including Pilot, Captain, Aviator, and Flyer. For sponsorship opportunities, please contact Andrea Porter at andreaporter@lindberghschools.ws.
  • Q: Can I donate auction items?

    • A: Absolutely! Donations can be made directly through our website to support scholarships and educational initiatives.

 

Event Activities

  • Q: What can I expect at the gala?
    • A: Guests will enjoy a formal dinner, entertainment, and engaging auctions. The evening will celebrate the history and impact of Lindbergh Schools.
  • Q: Is there a dress code?
    • A: Yes, the gala is a formal event. Cocktail or evening attire is recommended.

 

Auction Participation

  • Q: When does the online auction open and close?
    • A: The online auction will open on Wednesday, April 9th at 8:00 a.m. and close on Friday, April 11th at 9:30 p.m.
  • Q: If I can't attend the Gala but want to participate in the Online Auction, what do I do?
    • A: You will need to register through this link and "purchase" the Virtual Bidder Package at zero cost. Use your Email Address to check-in to bid in the silent auction, either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the auction.
  • Q: Do I have to download the Givi app to bid?
    • A: No, you can bid on the web. However, we recommend downloading the app for a smoother user experience.
  • Q: How do I start bidding?
    • A: You must "Set up Bidding" and add your payment method in the Givi app (recommended) or online.

 

Parking and Accommodations

  • Q: Will there be parking available?
    • A: Self-parking is included with your ticket. Valet parking is available for $20.
