Hey everyone,

It's been a long time coming, but I've finally started to get myself in shape since I graduated 3 years ago. There have been a lot of ups and downs, but I've finally gotten myself on a pretty consistent path to living a healthier life.

As I've started losing weight I've began running further and further, so I wanted to motivate myself to do it for more than myself. I wanted to start doing some official runs that help out others so that I'm reaching my own personanl goals along with helping others in the process.

For my first 5k I've decided to run to promote autism awareness and raise money for kids and families affected by it in the Lehigh Valley.
