On May 18th, 2020, my sister and brother in-law went through the unimaginable and lost their full term baby boy, Brooks Bohn, during labor. He was born stillborn. Maddy and Jon have been a beacon of light for the stillbirth community despite their pain and grief. Even Liam can understand the sadness and asks if every baby is "baby Brooks." 
 

This virtual 5k on September 26th is in memory of our nephew and cousin Brooks, so that he and all infants gone too soon will never be forgotten .
