Join Literacy New Jersey’s 5 Day Literacy Challenge. 

Over the past year, I’ve enjoyed the experience of being a volunteer tutor with Literacy NJ (LNJ) – a non-profit that provides services free-of-charge.  Each week, dedicated tutors meet with adult students who want help improving their English literacy skills.  As students improve their skills, they develop confidence and that can help lift them out of poverty, find and keep sustainable employment, and ultimately change their lives for the better.

Due to the pandemic and the need to revert to virtual learning, costs of providing our services have increased.  With your support, LNJ can continue to recruit, train and match volunteer tutors with students all over NJ.
