Every 15 minutes in the United States, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect, making CHDs the most common birth defect in our country. The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to making a difference. Our mission is clear - we aim to raise funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation in its quest to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding groundbreaking research.

Team Amazing Grace was started in honor of Grace Mallgraf, a heart warrior with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Grace is now 15 years old and a sophomore in high school. When she was first diagnosed in utero, her prognosis was grim to say the least. We, her parents, were told she would have an uphill battle, would struggle in school and just be challenged overall. She is known as "AMAZING" Grace becasue she has defied all of those odds. She is an honor student, a varsity athlete and the sweetest human being you will ever meet.

We have made it our mission to continue to raise funds for research as well as spread awareness so that many more babies will thrive like Grace has.
