Welcome to my Lutheran High School Walk-a-thon Fundraising Page.  The Walk-a-thon is back!  We have a fun filled day planned on October 12th.  We will have fun celebrating 40 years of service by Lutheran High School to our Indianapolis and surrounding communities.  Really short class periods followed by lunch, birthday cake, and a walk-a-thon around the Lutheran High School property.  Please join me in raising funds to upgrade our athletic facilities.  Our track team has been unable to host home events due the poor condition of the track and soccer games have been cancelled due to unsafe field conditions.  Upgrading our athletic facilities will help us reach our goal of educating students physically, mentally, socially and most importantly spiritually.

I have been a teacher at Lutheran High School for over 30 years now, and dearly love this school and the ministry to the students and their families who attend here.  Today in my Health class we were discussing the grieving process; hope is the last step in the process.  I paused and made sure I had everyone’s attention and went on to say, "If you don't learn anything else today, know that your all have the hope of eternal life because of Jesus.  Know that no matter what you do, Jesus died on the cross for you and eternal life is yours."
