What is a walk-a-thon and why is Gretchen asking me for money again?  If you've recently been to a football or soccer game here at Lutheran High School, you've seen the condition of our field.  We have one field for two sports that use it nonstop all throughout summer and fall.  As you'd expect, it's not in the best condition.  There is hardly any grass and plenty of holes that make playing games dangerous.  If you fall, which happens a lot in football and soccer you are sure to get some sort of raspberry or cut.  we've come up with a plan for a new field that is turf (artificial grass) as well as a brand new track.  To help raise money we are doing a walk-a-thon we are walking for two hours during a school day to get the new field we need.  Anything you can give will be very much appreciated.  Thank you!!!
