On April 30th 2017 our dream of welcoming our sweet baby girl to this world came to a screeching halt.  I had stopped feeling our baby girl moving & kicking and thought that she was just getting too big, we were just shy of 38 weeks gestation.  We arrived at the hospital that evening to hear the devastating words, "we are sorry, your baby no longer has a heartbeat".  After 36 hours of labor and very little change, I opted for a c-section to deliver our sweet angel.  She was perfectly beautiful with curly hair just like her mom and dad.  Thank you to our awesome care team, we were able to spend a few days with our girl, and had some wonderful photos taken to capture a lifetime of memories for our family.  Not a day goes by that we don't think of our Madalyn and what she would be doing today.  Until we meet again sweet girl, we love you to the moon and back.  In Madalyn's memory and for all the babies gone too soon, we ask if you are able to donate to Lydie's Loop which is a local organization founded by Lydie's parents in her memory to raise awareness for stillbirth prevention, we can hopefully prevent this tragedy from happening to other families.  Thank you all for your support, we greatly appreciate it!
