I’m raising money for all of the Y’s incredible programs—from swim lessons to afterschool care—but I’m especially passionate about one in particular: LiveStrong at the Y for cancer survivors.
This 12-week program is completely free for adult cancer survivors and helps them rebuild their strength, confidence, and connection after treatment. It supports physical and emotional healing in a way that’s truly life-changing—and it’s 100% funded by donations.
Cancer has personally touched my life way too closely and way too many times—close family members, friends, and people I love. That’s why this program means so much to me.
I’ve seen how devastating a diagnosis can be, not just physically but emotionally and financially, too. LiveStrong helps address all of that with dignity and support.
